Carefully
watch your opponents score cards. Some spies will give their
identity away by the way they accumulate their items.
If
an opponent collects all four items for the spy that you think
they are, guess them before they can reach their embassy. (Remember
if it is not a free guess, you will be eliminated if you are
incorrect.)
Use
a free guess to guess an opponent as the spy that you are. This
may mislead the other players as they try to uncover your identity.
Collect
all four items for a country other than your own. Then enter
Spy Alley and make it appear as though you are trying to win
the game. Watch your opponents to see how concerned they are
that you might win.
Listen
carefully to your opponents when they are thinking out loud.
Most players will unknowingly give clues as to which spies they
are not.

Watch
carefully when your opponents put their pegs into their scoreboards.
Some players will fumble with the peg when they are putting
it into a hole under the country of the spy that they are. If
they do fumble with a peg, ask them if they need help and give
them a wink. Then watch to see how they react.
Dont
look at your identification card right away. You cant
give yourself away if you dont know who you are.
Call
an opponent by one of the spys given names instead of
their own. Watch for a reaction.
Use
your move cards wisely. Move cards, which let you advance a
specific number of spaces instead of rolling the die, are extremely
handy. Save them and pounce when the time is right.
